FreeRange Cycles was hatched in 1997. Initially a used bike shop, we grew into a commuter shop specializing in steel road commuter bikes and accessories. Bike tune-ups have always been a mainstay while the focus shifted from used to new and expanded to include touring and rando bikes. We carry Surly, Salsa, Soma, and Jamis and a unique selection of randoneurring bikes including Ocean Air, Rawland, Velo Orange and Toussaint.

Ghostly towns and grand vistas. The roosters brought us back to life after the long day before, and I got up and took some morning pics of Shaniko. It was a pretty amazing old west town that was fairly well preserved.
